Set User Access Rights

Loan Performer has 11 levels of users; starting from Guest and ending by Supervisor. For all these levels (apart from Supervisor, who has the highest access rights), you can set their rights to access any of the menu items in the menu System/Set User Access Rights. In the following table you see the list of the "Menu Items" (each block highlighted in a different colour). The top bar displays the Loan Performer User Levels.

• If you need to change User Access Right to a particular menu item, select the cell corresponding to the user level and put or remove the checker.
• For example, you want the user Clerk to have access to the Individual Clients screen in order to enter Individual Clients data. By default the Clerk doesn't have access to this menu item, therefore in the corresponding cell you will not find the checker. Click on the check-box to enable the "Clerk" to access the "Individual Clients" menu.
• Select: The blue side bar displays all the modules and can be used by the used to see at a glance which user has dominant rights by modules.
• Click on the Save button to save the changes.
• Print: You can print out the settings and keep them for further reference by clicking on the button "Print". A user may print the access rights and save a hard copy for reference Close: Click on this button to quit this window.

Note that if you log into Loan Performer as a user Clerk, you will have access to the Individual Clients screen.
